We recommend heading out early for this adventure so you can take your time and, if you are lucky, have most of the walk to yourself. There is a handy carpark across from the three sisters peaks at the beginning of the walk.
Descend to the valley floor from the carpark, then cross over a footbridge over the river Coe. Follow the well-worn path upwards until you reach the Hidden Valley.
A short, steep hike with an incredible payoff, anyone with a reasonable level of fitness can enjoy this walk. There is a bit of scrambling required to reach the top, so be sure to watch your footing as you go. There are several plunge pools throughout the trail so if you're feeling brave you can also go for a dip.
