At the time of booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be taken and the final balance will be deducted from the same payment card on 31 October 2024. If you have booked self-catering, a secure SOTpay link will be sent to you to make payment. If you were to cancel before the 31 October 2024, you will forfeit your deposit and any additional payments made. Similarly, if you were to cancel on/after this date the full amount for the booking will be forfeited. Any bookings made after 31 October 2024 will be fully pre-paid and non-refundable. All three-night Christmas packages start on 24 December until 27 December 2024. It’s possible to add on additional nights when you book. All rates are subject to availability and may vary.
